Job Details

Qualified Veterinary Nurse/Experienced Nursing Assistant, Suffolk (6 month contract maternity cover)

Our client is a Suffolk based training practice. They are seeking either a qualified VN or an experienced nursing assistant for 6 months maternity cover from February 2008. Duties to include inpatients, prep for ops, post op care, bloods, x-rays, some reception and anaesthetics (duties will depend on qualifications & abilities). Approx. 40 hours per week 8am-4.30pm or 10am-6.30pm, 1 night on call during the week, 1:5 weekends on call. 20 days holiday pro rata. Salary £10-£12 per hour. Our client, a Derby based CAW TP, is seeking a Head Nurse to carry out regular nursing duties as well as organisation of nursing team including rotas, stock control, nurse clinics, promotions and client care. An assessor qualification would be an advantage. 40 hours per week 8 hour daily shift pattern, 1:4 weekends, no OOHs. 20 days holiday increasing to 25 after 2 years employment. Our London based client is seeking a full time Head Nurse and A1 Assessor to carry out full senior nursing duties and management and training duties. Shifts are 9am-6pm or 10am-7pm Monday-Friday and 1:4 Saturdays, 4 weeks holiday. Salary negotiable depending on experience. Our client is a Bristol based referral practice. They are seeking 2 qualified veterinary nurses to carry out monitoring of anaesthetics, MRI scans, medical investigations, client care and support, in patient care. 37.5 hours per week, 1 night per week, 1:6 weekends for emergency referrals, no OOH for 1st opinion. 25 days holiday per annum and CPD funded. They are seeking a qualified veterinary nurse to provide general nursing duties including anaesthesia, schedule 3, clinics, running bloods, in patient care etc. Shared accommodation is available if required. 40 hours per week, 1:4 Saturday morning, no emergency on call. 22 days holiday per annum. Qualified Veterinary Nurse, Surrey

Our client, a Surrey based training practice, is currently seeking a QVN to carry out inpatient care, anaesthesia, i/v catheters, taking and running bloods, cleaning and small amount of reception duty. Shifts - 38 hours per week between 8.30am-7pm, every 2nd Saturday morning, 1:5 weekends on call and 1 evening per week on call. 20 days holiday per annum. It would be an advantage for candidates to have own transport . Accommodation may be available. Salary negotiable dependent on experience and qualifications.
